Last night was like a movie. One of the players (Jurickson Profar) on the underdog after a loss gets labeled “kind of irrelevant” by one of the players (Will Smith) on the favorite but gets back up off the mat and ends up being the hero in his team’s series win.

This doesn’t have to be a two-day thing though for the San Diego Padres. They could ride this out the entire season.
We see teams all the time say ‘nobody believed in us’ and ‘we’re the underdog’ but it’s laughable because they’re one of the best teams in their respective sport.
